We believe in the power of videos to build your brand online and would like see that every single property features a video. We encourage you to jump on it early so you can take advantage of it rather than playing catch-up.

Yes, once you open an account you can go to templates and pick your brand colors, upload a logo in HD and more.
The video needs to have a minimun of 3 photos, the system will then pick the right template based on the number of existing photos in the listing and create a video with either 3,5,7,9 or 12 photos automatically
From the email with the link, simply right click and choose "save link as" to download as an mp4. Or simply download the attachment.
All the information in the video comes from the listing URL you created, to change any details on the video you just need to change first the information in your listing and request to do the video again once your listing has been updated. or you can use our advanced video option to edit all the video fields before submitting the video creation.

Yes, you can contact us to let us know your needs. If your suggestion represents any value to both we can include on the next template or update the current one. You can also request a custom build for an extra cost. Please note it could take some time in order for the feature to be implemented.
